Returns are welcome within 30 days of the date of delivery. Items must
be in original condition. Items in the Imperfects Sale section are always final sale.
For exchanges, please place a new order for your desired items and return your undesired items to us for a refund. To receive a discounted pre-paid return label via USPS, please contact us at hi@cottonflowerclothing.com. International orders must make a return using their own method. We are unable to assist with international returns.
For US domestic returns using our label, the true cost of the USPS label will be deducted from your refund. We do not charge a restocking fee.
If your item is returned to us with dirt, debris, or strong odor, your item will be returned to you at cost and considered final sale and not refundable.
Please allow 7 days from the delivery date to our mailbox for your refund to be processed. You are welcome to return via your own method and cost. In that case, you would receive a full refund on your order if it aligns with our return policy.
