love these!

after many years of searching for natural fiber yoga pants, I am happy to have found these. the fit is great, fabric wonderful, my only desire would be the undyed color not be somewhat transparent.

Quality of clothing overshadowed by quality of service

Maybe I’m naive (or a sucker for certain marketing strategies), but when a company lists “ethical” as one of their guiding principles I believe them…
I’m three weeks into waiting for a response to my message regarding an exchange (the fabric and fit of these joggers are different from the other pair I have.) Followed instructions on website and sent my questions to [****]; after a week with no response I sent my questions (in addition to asking about what email to use) to the company’s Instagram. Those messages have been hanging on “seen” for two weeks now.

When I buy clothes at these prices from a company who claims to be ethical and supportive of women it’s shocking to be met with such poor customer service. I hope my experience is an anomaly because I really want to believe there are actually ethical clothing companies out there…
