One size fits many (X-Small to Large). Photos 1-3 are size Small, Photo 4 is size X-Small. Size Large tends to be more fitted.
The poncho has more coverage at the nape of the neck (back) and a slight scoop at the front of the neck for a comfortable flattering fit. Measurements are taken from the middle of the neckline to the bottom seam while laying flat:
